Payment of registration fees
Registration fees can be paid either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only!) or bank transfer. Cancellation of registrations
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference office physio@mci-group.com. A full refund less a € 60.00 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations of registrations on/before September 30, 2012. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date. It is possible to replace a cancelled participant with another person.
Registration hours
The registration and information desk at the conference venue FH Campus will be open on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm, and on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 8am onwards, and for the rest of the conference, during conference hours.
Hotel Reservations - Booking Policies
Rooms have been reserved in two hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue 'FH Campus Wien' for the period of the conference. Participants who wish to make a hotel reservation should follow the instructions below. Rooms will be reserved on a 'first come, first served' basis. Participants are advised to book as early as possible but no later than September 2, 2012 as there is only a limited number of rooms available at the special conference rate. Any reservations made after this date will be subject to room and rate availability. Both hotels can be booked on the online registration form.

Liability
The organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conferences or during all tours. It is, therefore, recommended that participants arrange for their own personal health, accident, and travel insurance.
The organizers act as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna, Austria.
